How to create Pin Codes for every extension ?
Step 1 : You will first have to send us an email or give us a call so that we can change your routing to Secure.
We will let you know once we changed it to secured. Then you can click on Configuration, More Configuration, and Pin Codes.
Step 2 : Click on New Pin Code.
Step 3 : You can give the description name to the extension the code will be for.
Create the pin.
Click Save.
Before you can make a call, the system will ask to enter your password, it will be the pin that you created.
