Conditions

What is Conditions ? 

Condition in the PBX systems is to restrict inbound calls to come through between certain times, like operating hours, the phone will only ring between certain times.

Step 1 : On your PBX Portal, click on Configuration, Conditions, New Condition.

Step 2 :Name the Condition

Click and drag the timeslots you want to create.

Step 3 : Select what should happen when the timeslots match.

Select what should happen outside of the timezones.

Click Save
