How to check your call history and extension stats ?
Step 1 : In your PBX Portal, on the left side Menu, click on Status, Call History.
You can see al your call history details here, you can also filter if you only want to see a certain time period or specific extensions.
Step 2 : To see your Stats (more details about each user, extension, extension cost, PIN, or Agent) you can click on Status, Stats.
