How to create a call campaign ?

Step 1 : In your PBX, on the left side menu, click on Configuration, More Configuration, Call/SMS Campaign.

Step 2 : New Campaign

Step 3 :Name the Call Campaign.

Select the caller ID that must show when making the call.

Select Voice or SMS.

Select the type of campaign.

Scroll to the voice tab, Select the destination on connect.

Select the minimum number of agents.

Max attempts to each number. 

Always record, you can select.

The email address to send the recording to.

The minimum size of the recording file.

Click Save

Step 4 : Now that the campaign is created, we have to magae the numbers where the calls must go to.

Click on Manage numbers.

Step 5 : Enter the number.

Name the number.

Select Answer.

Choose how many attempts should be made to this number and SUBMIT.

Step 6 : Click START, to start the campaign.

Step 7 : Click yes.

Step 8 : You can now see the state and choose to stop or pause the campaign.
